Recipe for European - Style Coffee

2 egg whites

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups strong brewed coffee

1/4 cup half-and-half

Beat egg whites until peaks start to form. Add vanilla and beat to stiff peaks. Divide into four coffee mugs. Pour coffee over egg whites and top off with half-and-half.

Chocolate-Dipped Spoons

Here's another fun coffee recipe! Enjoy! 

Melt chocolate chips (2 ounces will do about 8 spoons) over low heat until smooth. Dip plastic spoons up to the start of the handle, allowing a good bit of chocolate to pool in the bowl. You can sprinkle with crushed candy while wet, then let dry. Use spoons for stirring your coffee!
